SDRolloff provides dumpster rentals and single-item pickup services to customers within a 50-mile radius of Bridgewater, South Dakota. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payments are required upfront to confirm your reservation. For single-item pickups, a price quote will be provided based on the information you submit through our custom form, including item descriptions and photos. Once the quote is accepted, payment must be completed to finalize the booking. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once the service is confirmed, except where otherwise stated.
Dumpster Rentals
When booking a dumpster rental, you are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions and ensuring there is adequate space for placement. Our rental periods are available in fixed durations of 3, 7, or 14 days. If you require the dumpster for longer than 14 days, you must contact us for an extended rental quote.

Dumpsters must not be overloaded or filled beyond their capacity. Overweight fees or additional charges may apply if the dumpster exceeds its weight limit. Certain items are prohibited in our dumpsters, including hazardous materials, tires, batteries, electronics, and any other items restricted by law. If prohibited items are found, additional disposal fees may be charged. Customers are also responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is in their possession.
Single-Item Pickup Services
Our single-item pickup service is designed for large, non-hazardous items. When submitting a request, you must provide accurate descriptions, photos, and your address to ensure proper quoting. Once we review your submission, we will send you a quote for the pickup. If the quote is accepted, we will schedule the pickup at your convenience. Items must be placed in an accessible location for our team. Additional charges may apply if the item differs significantly from the description provided or requires special handling.

SDRolloff serves customers within a 50-mile radius of Bridgewater, South Dakota. It is your responsibility to ensure that your location is within our service area before booking. If you are unsure, please contact us or refer to the map provided on our website.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for same-day cancellations, missed pickups, or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer. For any issues with service, please contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the matter.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our website is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties without your explicit consent.
Liability
SDRolloff is not liable for any damage to property resulting from improper placement or loading of dumpsters by the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or road conditions. By using our services, you agree to indemnify SDRolloff against any claims, damages, or costs arising from misuse of our services.
